So hard to resist yet so easy to find.

Lurking in the shadows, it awaits

Always ready to pounce on their bait

Resistance comes in many forms

Procrastination is one of its biggest storms

Minutes turns into hours turns into days

It happens to everyone, in multiple ways.

Resistance will be there at the beginning till the end

Its immortal. Forever with you, it shall spend.

All you can do is acknowledge its presence 

And focus on your ikigai...your essence.

Finally, resistance despises work the most.

It will do everything to prevent it overtaking their host.

But don’t give it that satisfaction

Work hard and make your dreams into action.
